I LOVE IT! Need another
These are my go-to bike shorts! I love them so much, they fit true to size (I am 5'3", 130 ponds and a size 4 or 6 in most and ordered a 6). Love the higher waist, love the design and love how they don't make my legs look cut off like most cycling kits and shorts. They work great with the Freel shorts and also just by themselves. I have tried at least 5 brands and these win for sure. Just order them, you will love them.
Favorite feature - High Waist! Comfortable and not too tight. Holds everything in place. There's nothing constricting about them!
I also love the material, they seem to breathe well and are so soft and comfortable.
I have a smaller behind so the padding is enough and doesnt feel like it bunches up when Im sitting on the saddle, like a big ol' diaper.
I also love the pattern - enough that I feel I can hang out in them after a ride.
Not for women with wider sit bones. I'm a size small/size 4 and the padding isn't even wide enough for my sit bones. I wish they worked because I liked the design.
I was super stoked to try these on and go on a ride when they arrived. The waist belt is amazing, I love the combo of the soft comfy yoga style in the front with the grippy bits in the back. Obviously designed by a woman who understands women's needs. Unfortunately, the other reviewers are correct, the legs right up a LOT, and ultimately need adjusting during the ride. If they were slightly longer that might not be a big deal, but they end up being super short and getting sucked up in an uncomfortable way. I'm excited to see what else Wild Rye comes up with next, these are definitely on the right track!
