We stand by our product so if there are manufacturer defects we offer a lifetime warranty.

**Zipper and button-related issues have a one-year warranty. We use premium YKK zippers and buttons on all of our products. YKK offers a one-year warranty so we follow the same warranty timeline for zipper and button issues.

Damage due to wear and tear such as abrasion, rips, tears, stains, furry friends, UV degradation, misuse or neglect is NOT covered under our warranty policy.
