Is it possible to make changes to my order after it's been placed? 

Once you have completed your order, we are unable to cancel it, modify it, add items, or remove items. Please review your order details and shipping carefully and if you have any questions, please reach out to customer service () before submitting your order. We will be happy to help!

HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP & WHAT SERVICE DO YOU USE? 

We know you can’t wait to get your new gear, so we do our very best to get it out the door quickly. All orders placed through wild-rye.com are packed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  

Wild Rye offers USPS and UPS shipping methods at the following flat rates:  

USPS Ground Advantage  $9.00 
USPS Priority Mail  $12.00 
UPS 3 Day Select (No PO Boxes) $25.00 
UPS 2nd Day Air (No PO Boxes)  $35.00 

 

If you're shipping to a PO Box address, please select a USPS shipping method (we're talking to you, mountain town people!). 

Once your order has left the warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. You will be able to track your order via the USPS or UPS website using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping: All international orders will be charged a $25 flat rate. 1 day shipping cannot be offered for international orders. Please note that international orders are subject to custom fees. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Wild Rye is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by our shipping partners. Please make sure your address is correct and safe for delivery.

How do I determine what size to buy?

Visit our Size & Fit page for more info! Additionally, we recommend reading the reviews and product descriptions for each product for fit notes from season to season.

Where do I give feedback? 

Even though we have a "no questions asked return policy," we always love to get your feedback! You can send your feedback directly to us by emailing hello@wild-rye.com and we will pass it on to our designers and developers. Alternatively, you can leave a product review on our website.

Where do you make your stuff?

Excellent question! We work with both domestic and overseas manufacturers, making pieces wherever we can create the highest quality garment.  When we work with overseas operations we ensure they meet fair trade labor practices, provide a living wage and minimizing their impact on our environment. The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?

We like to keep things fresh at Wild Rye so most of our seasonal prints and colors are limited run, meaning when they’re gone they’re gone for good. If you can’t find the item you’re looking for on our website, please check with one of our online or local dealers or on our pre-loved site. Alternatively, you can shoot us an email at hello@wild-rye.com and we  give some recommendations for a similar product!

Where are you located?

Our offices are in the heart of Sun Valley, ID, just a few minutes from the base of Sun Valley Resort's Bald Mountain and riding distance from 700+ miles of single track!  We love visitors. If you're in town, give us shout to come by and check out our digs!

Who are you?

We're a very small, hardworking team that loves the outdoors! And our dogs. And margaritas. And bagels. And campfires. And hiking. And The Bachelor (guilty as charged!).

No, but really, you're in great hands! Combined we have decades of outdoor, cycling and ski industry experience.
