Country

Wild Rye ships via USPS for standard shipping, so please provide your PO Box address if that is how you get your mail (talking to you mountain town people!). Standard shipping is free for orders over $150. For more details on all of our shipping options, see below. 

Shipping

Our standard shipping option is USPS Ground Advantage, and is free for orders over $150, or $9 for orders under $150. This shipment method generally takes 3-7 business days to deliver after the package is shipped. 

UPS Ground

Prefer to receive packages via UPS? We offer UPS Ground shipping for $12. This shipment method generally takes 2-6 business days to deliver after the package is shipped. PO boxes are not accepted for this shipment method. 

UPS 2nd Day Air

UPS 2nd Day Air is our fastest shipping option and costs $35. Shipments can be expected to deliver 2 business days after the ship date. PO boxes are not accepted for this shipment method. 

Standard International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary. Canadian orders ship with DHL or UPS and duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. International orders outside of Canada are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes upon receipt.

We offer a 30 day return / exchange policy from ship date. Final sale items are noted in the product description - these items cannot be returned for any reason. Full details here. Returns are subject to a $4.50 processing fee, but exchanges are free. In order to initiate a return, click here. 

For international returns, please initiate your return via the above steps. We do not provide labels for international returns, so you must take the return to the carrier of your choice and follow the instructions on your return confirmation email to ship the item(s) back to us.

ShipInsure Package Protection

As of July 2nd 2025, Wild Rye offers package protection through ShipInsure. ShipInsure coverage must be selected upon checkout for coverage to apply.
