Wild Rye Bike Socks | 6"
We don’t think about it much, but our feet are the foundation of our ride. That is why we decided it was time to design the perfect bike sock from the ground up. The new Wild Rye Bike sock is knit with a nylon / recycled poly (COOLMAX®) / lycra blend for the ultimate soft touch and the right balance of stretch and compression. Featuring a 6" cuff to keep dirt and gravel out of your shoes, these high performance, lightweight socks are the perfect partner for your day in the dirt, whether you’re mountain biking, trail running, or hiking.
Wild Rye ships via USPS (yep, we’re buying up as many stamps as possible to do our part to save the US Postal Service) - please provide your PO Box address if that is how you get your mail (talking to you mountain town people!)
We offer a 30 day return / exchange policy from ship date. Final sale items are noted in the product description - these items cannot be returned for any reason. Full details here.
I always end up buying a pair or two of the bike socks to push my order into free shipping territory. These socks are super cute and I enjoy matching with some of my cycling kit, because aesthetics and I like the length for rides through brush. I recently got the deco palms socks, and less than ten wears later, they already have holes in the toes. For $15 a pair, I was hoping they'd be a little more durable. A little bummed to have to toss a pair of socks so soon. Hoping my other pair keeps surviving.
This is my second pair of Wild Rye socks. The first pair was a SWAG item which I liked so much I bought a pair. I think that says a lot!
I haven’t found anything wrong with these socks. They are the correct thickness, comfortable and stay up to block out the dirt!
These socks are very soft feeling, cute to wear with vans or out but not the best for mountain biking. The band is tight and I think most of us have some beefy calves so it felt very tight at the band. The 2nd time wearing them on a ride they ripped from a stick. I think if they were thicker (like the Darn Tough brand) they would not have ripped.
