Wild Rye ships via USPS (yep, we’re buying up as many stamps as possible to do our part to save the US Postal Service) - please provide your PO Box address if that is how you get your mail (we're talking to you, mountain town people!).
Once your order has left the warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. You will be able to track your order via the USPS website using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
International Shipping: All international Orders will be charged a $25 flat rate. 1 day shipping cannot be offered for international orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your gear wasn't to your taste? No problemo!
Returns: We are happy to accept returns no questions asked as long as all products are in new condition with tags still attached within 30 days from purchase.
Please note, we are not Amazon, nor do we ever hope to be Amazon, so at this time we do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. After your products are processed as compliant with our return policy, you will receive a refund less a small fee ($9) for return shipping expense and restocking fees.
Once received at our warehouse, please allow two weeks for returns to be processed and refunds to appear on your credit card statement - though we try to process them as quickly as possible.
Exchanges: Moving forward, the best way to exchange for a new size, color or product is to head over to www.wild-rye.com and place an order for the new item. You can simultaneously initiate a return for the unwanted item via the link below. Please note this can take up to 10 business days after the item is received.
International Returns & Exchanges: For all international orders initiating a return, please note that our warehouse does not create pre-paid labels for international orders. You will have to return the items on your own with the correct Return number (RMA #). Please email email@example.com to confirm your return, and our support team will email you the RMA # as well as return instructions, and an address to ship the items to.
***Wild Rye can only process returns for products purchased directly from wild-rye.com, with an original order confirmation or sales receipt. If you bought from a Wild Rye dealer, please contact them directly.
***Please note we do not refund initial shipping charges.
New condition means:
- Tags still attached
- Not worn outside
- Not washed
- No stains - Please please be sure that you are clean when trying on your garments for the first time. We cannot accept returns with deodorant or other stains.
- No animal hair - No, but seriously. We love furry friends, but cannot accept returns with excessive animal hair as your product will no longer be sellable.
Wild Rye products are designed for durability and long product life as long as care instructions are followed. We stand by our product so if there are manufacturer defects we offer a lifetime warranty. If your product appears worn out, then it may be time to replace your product and we hope that Wild Rye will be a part of your next buying decision. Damage due to wear and tear such as abrasion, rips, tears, or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy.
**Zipper and button-related issues have a one-year warranty. We use premium YKK zippers and buttons on all of our products. YKK offers a one-year warranty so we follow the same warranty timeline for zipper and button issues.
**Items purchased at a discount via pro code or through team orders are not entitled to the same warranty policy as retail customer purchases. Those warranty issues will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Crash Replacement Discount
We have no expectation that a crash will only leave a scuff, but IF the unforeseeable happens, we’ll take care of you. If you damage your gear within the first 30 days of purchase on wild-rye.com we will offer you a 25% discount to replace your item.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of warranty issue, proof of purchase including date, order number and explanation of issue.
