We’re a small but mighty team looking for added power to fuel our next phase of D2C growth at our HQ in Idaho. This position is a full-time, in house position.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital marketer with 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce. With a track record of driving revenue and audience growth for brands, you have a diverse mix of digital marketing skills and a creative spirit, able to seamlessly move between strategic planning, execution, and advertising creative direction. A strong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams, you're organized, self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. An entrepreneurial spirit with an understanding for occasionally having to step outside of the outlined role will make you an ideal fit, along with a passion for outdoor recreation and empowering women in the outdoors and beyond. You're ready to take initiative, develop and improve processes, and make a significant impact on a growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Management
- Build out digital campaigns that correspond with overarching integrated Marketing Calendar, and own all product marketing execution across digital platforms.
Email/SMS Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategy to drive engagement, customer retention, and sales growth.
- Manage all aspects of b2b and b2c email marketing including campaign planning, segmentation, automation flows, design, and A/B testing.
- Analyze email performance and implement strategies to maximize open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and customer retention.
- Lead efforts to grow our email list through innovative and effective acquisition tactics.
Digital Advertising & Creative Strategy
- Develop advertising creative strategy and creative briefs for Meta, Youtube, and display that align with performance goals while adhering to brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices for ad creative formats and strategies, including display, carousel, video, and shopping ads.
- Coordinate trafficking ads between designer and media buyer.
- Identify and build relationships with content creators and influencers for UGC, manage the strategy, briefing, and content collection process to align with brand voice and objectives.
- Optimize the entire post-click journey, including landing page experience and conversion funnel optimization to drive revenue growth and improve overall ad efficiency.
- Ensure landing pages reflect the promises made in the ads, creating a cohesive message from click to conversion.
- Set up and track post-click metrics like bounce rate, time on page, conversion rates, and revenue per click using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific insights.
- Track performance of all digital advertising, using insights to guide future campaigns and creatives.
- Lead social media channel expansion, including TikTok and Youtube presence.
E-commerce Support & Retention
- Collaborate with e-commerce manager to improve retention.
- Loyalty & Referral Programs: Spearhead the evolution of our loyalty program to maximize customer satisfaction and LTV while optimizing ROI.
- Implement feedback mechanisms such as post-purchase surveys and reviews to gather customer insights and improve retention strategies.
- Set retention KPIs (e.g., customer retention rate, repeat purchase rate, churn rate) and regularly report on performance.
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for retention improvements.
- Provide actionable insights to adjust strategies and drive continuous improvement in retention efforts.
- Ensure data feeds across platforms for accuracy.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, with a diverse range of digital marketing skills.
- Experience in retail/ecommerce.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo in particular) and a solid understanding of list segmentation, flows, and analytics.
- A track record of driving revenue, LTV, AOV, and audience growth for brands through digital marketing strategies.
- Basic skills in graphic design and video editing software (Canva, Capcut) desired.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and understanding of creative strategies, formats, and performance metrics.
- A strong balance of right and left brain: Creative with the ability to use insights and data to drive decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
- Team player who can positively collaborate with various departments and personalities.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and looks for areas needing improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for outdoor adventures and supporting women in the outdoor industry is a big plus!

This position is based in Sun Valley, ID which provides incredible access to mountain biking and other adventures in the summer as well as both lift-served and backcountry skiing and riding in the winter.
