You!

The ideal candidate is an ambitious, organized, analytical and charismatic person with a passion for going above and beyond to represent and grow the Wild Rye product portfolio.  As a part of the Wild Rye team, you will be expected to wear many hats - for real. This position will research and study the market and competitor insights to determine price position, develop product requirements and roadmaps, as well as incorporate feedback from customers into the overall product strategy. In addition, the PLM will be the primary liaison between the product department and all other departments, working hand in hand to develop all externally facing materials as it relates to product information. The right candidate should be someone who is experienced, focused, self-motivated and willing and excited to jump into all aspects of a small, scrappy product department during a high-growth period (you’ll round-out our three person product team). Other job duties include collaborating with the design, marketing, and sales departments to develop strategies to increase profit margins and monitor and report on emerging product trends. Please be aware that job function will grow and evolve with our brand growth, so flexibility is a must! This is a great opportunity to gain experience across a high-growth, women-led outdoor brand’s product department.
