Position Title: Business Systems Analyst

General Summary: Wild Rye is a small, growing brand based in Sun Valley, ID that’s dedicated to crafting beautiful and technical mountain apparel for all who identify as women that inspires confidence and welcomes more women into the outdoors. We’re a small but mighty team looking for some added (wo)man power. Wild Rye is seeking a hard-working individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team at our HQ in Idaho!  

The ideal candidate should be someone who is an expert in data systems and has experience with 3PL, EDI, ERP and B2B retail ordering systems. As a part of the Wild Rye team, you will be expected to wear many hats. That said, we’re specifically seeking a technologically-minded individual with an incredibly strong knack for organization and logistics to manage our business systems. This position will be the connector for all of our systems to ensure we are utilizing them accurately and effectively and will provide regular reporting and analyze data to help the team make business decisions.  Please be aware that job function will grow and evolve with our brand growth, so flexibility is a must!

Essential Job Duties

  • Become the expert in all business systems in the Wild Rye tech stack which include but are not limited to our 3pL, ERP, B2B, Shopify & EDI systems. 
  • Responsible for the development, administration and management of all aspects of our unique systems. Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees as needed (with the support of the platforms in house technical and account teams). 
  • Manage all product, customer, sales order, and purchase order information within systems, including SKU and UPC creation and database.
  • Ensure all systems and integrations are accurate and functioning. Perform day-to-day audits to ensure data is accurate and streamlined between all internal and  3rd party systems. 
  • Perform installations and upgrades, routine automation, troubleshooting, training, and technical support for all users with the support of the account management & tech support teams for the various platforms (Brightpearl, NuOrder, Enlinx etc).
  • Implement & onboard new technologies & integrations as needed.
  • Provide regular reporting, data analysis and insight to the team and CEO.


  • 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Experience in software systems a must
  • Brightpearl, NuOrder, 3PL experience a plus
  • VERY strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and teamwork-oriented
  • Expert in Excel and reading/understanding/translating data
  • Willingness to take on job responsibilities not listed above as needs arise
  • Solution-oriented, self-starter
  • Eager to learn and grow in a role
  • Passion for elevating women in the outdoors & in business
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred

We are an in-person first workplace, but this role will have equal consideration for remote and/or contractor candidates. Sun Valley provides incredible access to mountain biking and other adventures in the summer as well as both lift-served and backcountry skiing and riding in the winter.
